• Profile Information: Name, Role, Organization, LinkedIn profile, Bio, Phone, Email.
• Event Details: Event title, date, intent, and custom messages.
• Connection Data: Contacts you scan, synergy tags, notes, and voice memos.
• QR Codes: UserID, eventID, intentID, and fallback vCard.
• Device Information: Limited technical details (such as device type and OS version) used to support app functionality.
• Optional Messaging: Short messages you add or receive during scanning.

You control your visibility — you can toggle what information is shared when someone scans your QR code.

• Enable networking by generating and scanning QR codes.
• Help you manage and organize contacts with filters, notes, and reminders.
• Provide offline storage and synchronization when you return online.
• Improve user experience and app performance through analytics and diagnostics.
• Communicate with you about updates, features, or support requests.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We store data securely on your device and sync with our servers only as needed. Offline mode ensures that scans and contacts are available without internet access. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• With Other Users: When you allow it, your QR code and selected profile information are shared with others who scan it.
• With Third Parties: We may share limited, anonymized information with service providers for analytics and app improvement.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.

You can:

• Edit or delete your profile information at any time from the App.
• Control visibility settings for each profile field.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Contact section below).

Kntexto is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can take steps to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be effective when posted within the App or on our website. We will display the effective date at the top of the policy.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the App's services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
